WFWI Spring Meeting: Monday 7pm, 30 March 2020, No 8 Arts Centre, Pershore. Floral Art Demonstration, £8.50 members & £10.50 non-members. (Jenny, Kay & Sheila – you have already paid for these).
Observer Tickets for the NFWI Annual Meeting Thursday 4 June at The Royal Albert Hall. £22.00 each. Coach places (if available) £16.00.
Thursford Christmas Spectacular (2 nights) 17 November £250pp. Although the closing date is not till next month, it is on a first come/first served basis so if you were really keen to go, please bring your deposit of £45.00 to the meeting.
Don’t forget to bring your subs of £43 if still not paid.
We will be asking you to vote on a couple of things including (a) whether you want to have a meeting in August 2020 and not January 2021, (b) 2019 raffle money donation ideas and (c) WI Resolutions.

SKITTLES: This has been difficult trying to get venues but Jenny has now managed to get some dates: Tuesday 18 February at the Coach & Horses, Pinvin. Eckington WI v Peopleton WI Monday 9 March at Bredon AFC, Bredon. Eckington WI v Hot Peppers WI Friday 27 March at Wickhamford. Eckington WI v Wickhamford WI Monday 6 April venue tbc Eckington WI v Pershore Tuesday 21 April venue tbc. Eckington WI v Evesham Vale. Sarah, Alex, Anne, Sass, Gillian (Martin), Rosemary, Barbara & Jenny all volunteered to support this. We need 6 people per match so those of you who did volunteer, can you check your diaries and see if you can play on any of the above dates. If you didn’t volunteer at the time but would be willing to take part, please let Jenny know; skill is not essential – as long as you can pick a ball up and throw it down the alley, that’s all we need!
